3319 Kissa is a Tokyo-inspired listening café-bar in Oakland, currently being built out in the backyard space of 3319 Marché.

The core is a Jazz-themed listening bar, a true Kissaten, rooted in maximalist simplicity, sensory intention, and a lived in atmosphere.

It's designed to feel intimate and grounded, bringing coffee, and wine together via music; in a way that is natural and unpretentious.
